Free Shipping
Brilliant Lighting is currently offering complimentary shipping on
orders totaling $50
or more. Although the majority of orders to Hawaii and Alaska are included in this
policy, Brilliant Lighting may, on occasion, need to assess additional shipping charges
to these locations. If special shipping arrangements are required for an order to one
of these states the customer will be contacted first for approval.
If we are unable to contact the customer within five business days regarding additional shipping
charges the order may be cancelled by Brilliant Lighting.
Delivery times
90% of Brilliant Lighting orders are delivered in 6 or fewer business days via UPS ground or FedEx super saver.
Occasionally, longer order assembly lead times or shipping delays will lead to slightly longer delivery
times.

so that we may review the status of your order.
We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Expedited Shipping
Brilliant Lighting offers express shipping options for situations requiring rapid delivery.
Both FedEx and UPS Express services are available for an additional charge. Track and monorail
lighting systems often require odd sized packaging. These odd sizes preclude us from automatically
offering express shipping rates at checkout time. If you require expedited shipping, please contact
Brilliant Lighting Design assistance at (678) 921-0372 to discuss
availability and cost before completing your order.
