How long will it take to deliver my order?

Sales tax
If you reside in the state of Georgia an 8% sales tax will be applied to your
order. Orders delivered outside of Georgia and sales for resale (orders to the trade) will
not be charged tax. Trade credentials may be required.
Can I save a lighting project for review later?
Saving a project is simple. The 'save this project' button (found on the project summary page at the end of the
lighting configuration wizard) allows custom lighting systems to be
saved, reviewed by you or your client and easily retrieved for purchase at a
later date. When you save a project, you will receive an email with a link directly back to the
project summary page.
Can't find the reminder email? Saved projects may also be found in the my account
link above to retrieve previously configured
systems.

Order confirmations
Each completed order will be followed by a confirmation email which includes
your order number, confirmation of shipping address and an itemized list of
ordered components.
If you did not receive a confirmation email (due to an incorrectly entered email address or
spam filtering software), please contact us using
this form and we will resend or fax one to you.
