How long will it take to deliver my order?

Sales tax

If you reside in the state of TX a 6.5% sales tax will be applied to your order. Orders delivered outside of TX and purchases made for resale (orders to the trade) will not be charged tax. Trade credentials may be required.

Can I save a Brilliant Lighting project for review later?

Sure. There are two ways to save a project for further review:
  • The easiest method is to email a link to a shopping cart using the 'email this cart' button at the top right of the shopping cart screen.
  • Sometimes our emails get filtered. You may also simply make a note of the shopping cart number near the top of the shopping cart screen. Enter this cart number in the search box at the top left of our home page to retrieve your shopping cart later.

    Order confirmations

    Each completed order will be followed by a confirmation email which includes your order number, confirmation of shipping address and an itemized list of ordered components.

    If you did not receive a confirmation email (perhaps due to an incorrectly entered email address or bulk email filtering software), please contact us using this form and we will resend or fax one to you.
